• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, truthful and current personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension without notice.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on x99bd. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. x99bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service or person.
• Notify x99bd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your account with family, friends or any third party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered member only.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

x99bd accepts deposits through a range of trusted Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International card payments: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. x99bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your identity and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. We aim to process all approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours of confirmation. Please note:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account.
• x99bd reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before approving a withdrawal of ৳20,000 or more.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all rollover conditions have been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

x99bd regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers and seasonal promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) is attached to all bonus funds unless explicitly stated as cashable without conditions.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• x99bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Welcome bonus offers are available to new members only and can be claimed once per household, device and IP address.

x99bd is not responsible for technical errors, system malfunctions or third-party failures that may inadvertently affect the issuance or calculation of bonus awards. Any disputes regarding bonuses must be raised with our support team within 7 days of the relevant event.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on x99bd — including live casino, cricket betting, slots and crash games — are governed by the rules specific to each game or product. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before placing bets or participating in any game. The following general rules apply across all products:

Betting Integrity

x99bd operates on a fair-play policy. Any activity that compromises the integrity of our games or betting markets — including but not limited to:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such errors will be voided.

Game Outcomes & Disputes

The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live event results in the case of sports betting. x99bd's decisions on game results are final. If you believe an error has occurred, contact our support team within 24 hours and we will investigate the matter thoroughly. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

Account Suspension & Termination

x99bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation of games or betting markets.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to place bets using your account.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity verification documents within the stipulated time frame.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at x99bd's discretion. In cases where the closure is at x99bd's initiative without member fault (e.g., platform restructuring), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Privacy, Intellectual Property & Amendments

Your use of x99bd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store and use your personal data. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to the x99bd brand name, logo, game graphics, interface designs, promotional materials and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of x99bd or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of this content without express written permission from x99bd.

Amendments to Terms
